Greetings honorable visitors, today I shall introduce an internet celebrity from the times of past... and from a country you probably never heard of... Miroslav Hebky from Czech Republic.
He was an internet persona troll of sorts, who would present himself as an absolute retard on the internet with various posts using a mix of capitals and subcapitals (letters not ships) in not a grammatically strict manner to communicate day to day living advice something like a captain obvious, meets EMO/gangsta language meets troll predating each by ten years or so.
His slogan was "I like to give advice, when I know more".
He wasn't extremely famous yet earned some recognition around the teens discovering joys of internet back in 20s.
So why do I mention this fellow who was obviously an imaginary internet troll persona way ahead of his time?
It's because I find myself reading plenty of englightened, educated and potentially misguided advice adressed to CCP yet presented to players. (read: does not know his shit, does not know your shit, but is 100 percent sure you are doing it wrong and he would do it better)
Why is this? I understand the 'Merican entitlement to an opinion on everything that moves. I also am aware that this is 2016 and everything offends everyone but still I have to ask, why?
Imagine you sell apples. Everyone who shops at your apple store gives you shit over how they would run things differently, but in the end, the next day, they come and buy an apple again.
Does that mean you are doing something right? Or should you immidiately change and adapt to whatever one of the 100k people who cross paths with you daily just said, perhaps not even to you, but on a sidewalk to couple friends couple blocks away?
CCP should do this... CCP should do that... CCP shouldn't have done that change back in the beta... I mean whatevs, say what you are going to say, but think about it, should anyone care? If you want to sound your opinion use the forum section made exacty for this purpose.
Attempt to overcome your arrogance, place your words where the intended ear is if you want to be heard or you may just aswell keep shitposting on your blog for it changes nothing and all you do is being an attention whore on a blog which essentially is what you are paid for, so good for you, but little to no good for us.
If you want to help, play your part, keep being a decent community that no longer does encourage suicuide on fanfests (looking at you TMC), stop being a crybaby that wants its iphone pink and get your head out of your ass over how important you actually are (still kinda looking the TMC way).
Instead, make a relevant forum post, face the real music, make people care over there. (in spite of forums being shitty) And don't forget to have a nice day!
