Navigation is shitty at best, yet keeping track of your things is working surprisingly well (use your profile, now it's not that intuitive) but is still shit.
I personally hate the forums, but for the love of whatever supreme being you feel like believing in use the forums. So that your opinion reaches the devs, rather than the masses, cause who gives a shit about the masses, when real people (and men, and capsuleers, and aliens) read the forums in spite of them being such a great piece of work.
Of course it should be the CSM people reading whatever problem it is you have, so if you are pals you go straight.
For once I had my representative's ear over how I can't see shit over the UI and now it's opaque, which is not exactly what I wanted but better than nothing.
